Shipment

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. We only ship via our logistics partners DHL or UPS.

The shipping time within Germany is 3-4 working days. Within the European Union, delivery takes between 3 and 7 working days and international shipments take up to 14 days, depending on the shipping service provider.

All our orders are insured against theft and accidental damage during transport. Items with a value of more than €500 are sent as a premium package with additional transport insurance.

Delivery

As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping service provider,

you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the delivery status of your order.

If your package has not arrived within fourteen days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service at info@retrogems.de.

A personal signature is required to receive all of our shipments.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, a notification will be left and you can collect your package from the local post office or courier service or arrange a new delivery attempt
